Cancellation and Reservation Policies

During the peak season, December 15 to January 15 Christmas and New Year week, and Easter week a minimum of 3 nights of reservation.  A cash deposit of 50% is due in advance to confirm your reservation. Payment of the final 50%, in cash, or credit card is required a minimum of 15 days before your arrival. For cancellations of reservations during this period, within 28 days to 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged, within 7 days 100% will be charged. These deposits can be made in person or by wire transfer.

The rest of the year reservations may be made with a credit card authorization. For cancellation of reservations within 8 to 3 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged, within 2 days 100% will be charged.For "No Show" there not any refunded   All cancellation has to be in writing.
